Couples that would like to get married on Dewey Beach will need a permit. The Dewey Beach Wedding Permit is issued by the Town Manager and the fee is $100. The phone number is 302-227-6363. Ceremonies must be less than thirty minutes. Summer set ups cannot begin until after the lifeguards leave the beach at 5 pm. Weddings may not commence until 5:30 and the best time for a Dewey Beach Wedding is about an hour before sunset. A legally authorized Delaware Wedding Minister must perform the ceremony.
Wedding packages in Dewey Beach begin at $600. To get married in Bethany Beach, Dewey, Lewes or Rehoboth, couples will need to contact the Sussex County courthouse for a Delaware Marriage License.

The initial payment of $225 is non-refundable.
Final non-refundable balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
The last day to cancel is 30 days prior to your wedding.
Payments made within 30 days of your wedding are not refundable.
A single postponement is allowed.
Your final balance must be paid to enact the postponement.
Postponement requests must be received 30 days before your wedding.
Limitation of Liability
During our 16 years of weddings,
we’re blessed no major accidents or equipment failures have occurred.
In the unlikely event of an accident or equipment failure,
our total liability is limited to the dollar amount paid to Rox by the client
